Returns and Refund Policy

  • Payment Options: Prepayment & Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • If any customer does not accept the order delivered by the delivery boy for any reason, delivery charges will be borne by the customer.
  • If a customer wishes to return purchased goods, the return must be made within 2 days of purchase along with the original bill.
  • Damaged, untidy, and tagless products will not be accepted for return.
  • Delivery charges are applicable according to the zone.
  • Orders will be delivered within the next 24 hours from the time of placement, subject to availability and serviceable locations.
