    By downloading, installing, or using the PIKS app, you (“User”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please uninstall the app immediately.
  2. License to Use
    We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the PIKS mobile application solely for personal, non-commercial use. PIKS and its content remain our exclusive property. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute the app outside of this license.
  3. User Accounts & Conduct
    • Users may need to register and provide accurate information.
    • You are responsible for all activity under your account and must keep login credentials confidential.
    • Prohibited behavior includes: illegal activities; copyright infringement; harassment; unauthorized content distribution; reverse engineering.
  4. Purchases & Payments
    • All in-app purchases are subject to the rules of the App Store or Play Store.
    • No refunds or returns are allowed except where required by law. Any exceptional refund is discretionary and must comply with the platform’s policies.
  5. Intellectual Property
    All content (graphics, text, recipes, trademarks, logos) is owned by PIKS or its licensors. You may not use this content without written permission.
  6. Disclaimers & Liability
    The app is provided “as is” without warranty. We disclaim all implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or reliability. Our liability is limited to the purchase price paid, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
  7. Termination
    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms or engaging in prohibited conduct, without prior notice.
  8. Updates to These Terms
    We may modify these Terms at any time by updating the version on the app. Continued use after posting changes constitutes acceptance. Major updates may trigger an in-app or email notification.
  9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
    These Terms are governed by Indian law. Any dispute arising will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Himachal Pradesh. Arbitration may be pursued before litigation.

  11. Final Sale: All in-app product sales and digital content purchases are final and non-refundable.
  12. Exceptional Refunds: Refunds are not provided except where required by applicable consumer laws. Any exceptions are at our sole discretion and must comply with App Store or Google Play policies.
  13. Platform Refunds: Refunds requested directly through the App Store or Google Play are subject to their respective policies—not ours.
  14. Consumer Rights: Nothing in this policy restricts rights under consumer protection laws.
