  2. License to Use
    We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the PIKS mobile application solely for personal, non-commercial use. PIKS and its content remain our exclusive property. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute the app outside of this license.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. User Accounts & Conduct
    \u2022 Users may need to register and provide accurate information.
    \u2022 You are responsible for all activity under your account and must keep login credentials confidential.
    \u2022 Prohibited behavior includes: illegal activities; copyright infringement; harassment; unauthorized content distribution; reverse engineering.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Purchases & Payments
    \u2022 All in-app purchases are subject to the rules of the App Store or Play Store.
    \u2022 No refunds or returns are allowed except where required by law. Any exceptional refund is discretionary and must comply with the platform\u2019s policies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Intellectual Property
    All content (graphics, text, recipes, trademarks, logos) is owned by PIKS or its licensors. You may not use this content without written permission.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Disclaimers & Liability
    The app is provided \u201cas is\u201d without warranty. We disclaim all implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or reliability. Our liability is limited to the purchase price paid, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Termination
    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms or engaging in prohibited conduct, without prior notice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Updates to These Terms
    We may modify these Terms at any time by updating the version on the app. Continued use after posting changes constitutes acceptance. Major updates may trigger an in-app or email notification.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
    These Terms are governed by Indian law. Any dispute arising will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Himachal Pradesh. Arbitration may be pursued before litigation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
