Description
The Indian red-fleshed Dragonfruit, or Pitaya Roja, offers very sweet, dark pink, soft, and creamy flesh. It tastes similar to raspberries and resembles the texture of a kiwi. The flesh is sprinkled with tiny, crunchy, and nutty flavoured edible seeds. The oblong-shaped fruit is brightly coloured in pink-magenta with fresh scale-like overlaps and green protrusions along its length.Red fleshed Dragonfruit, also known as Strawberry Pear, looks stunning in its intense colour and shape.
