To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. c. Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to perishable goods, custom-made products, and personal care items.

  3. Refunds a. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. b. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund may take 0-7 days to process, depending on your payment provider’s policies.
  4. Shipping Costs a. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. b. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
