Refund and Returns Policy

Most of our products are professionally used by the Dentist or the Dental Lab Technician therefore the orders are considered precise and accurate by the customer. However in case of damaged goods we allow 48 hrs for refund and 7 days for exchange.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items under specific conditions – if they are defective or damaged and are un-opened. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at indiasmilestore@gmal.com and send your item to:

Refunds are processed in a maximum of 15 days. A refund cheque will be deposited in your bank account in case of Cash on Delivery orders. The cheque will be made in favour of the “Billing Name” you used when placing the order. If the items were purchased using the SmileStore India Android/IOS app then the refund amount will be credited to the Wallet and not in the form of money. The wallet balance can be used for future purchases. For prepaid orders through Net Banking, UPI, Debit Card or Credit Card, the amount will be transferred back into the account/card. Orders can only be cancelled and fully refunded before your shipment has been dispatched. Please email us at indiasmilestore@gmail.com with any questions or needed support. We will be unable to cancel orders once the order has shipped.

 Shipping of the Item

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
